Creating Your Account
NorthSignal uses Google OAuth for authentication — no passwords to remember, no forms to fill out.
How to Sign Up
- Visit northsignal.cloud.
- Click the "Sign in with Google" button on the login screen.
- Choose your Google account from the popup.
- You'll be redirected to the NorthSignal dashboard immediately.
That's it. Your account is created the moment you complete the Google sign-in.
What Happens on First Login?
When you first sign in, NorthSignal sets up your workspace with sensible defaults:
- Stream Output is enabled (responses appear word-by-word in real time).
- Enter to Send is enabled (press Enter to send a message, Shift+Enter for a new line).
- Auto-Route is the default model selection (the intelligent router picks the best model).
- All API key fields are empty — you'll need to add at least one key before you can start chatting.
Google OAuth Scope
NorthSignal only requests your basic profile information (name, email, and avatar) via Google OAuth. We do not request access to your contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google services.
